Shannon Walline
My journey to the Financial Services industry has been rich and varied, beginning in 1995 in the accounting department of an Insurance company. I had just finished NAIT's Radio and Television Arts Program and was working as a Lifeguard and Swimming Instructor. Insurance and accounting offered me a completely new perspective on life and career choices, and I eventually became a Personal Lines Underwriter.
Over the years, my husband and I owned and operated martial arts schools and enjoyed many different business and recreational pursuits. When he changed careers to become a Financial Advisor I was ready for a new adventure as his partner. As we built our business over the next 20 years, I broadened my existing administrative and client relations skills, and developed new and exciting ones.
After selling the business, I found myself missing the industry, so I joined Bill's dynamic team. Serving others has always been, and will continue to be, an integral part of my family, work, and community life. Whether it's been work or volunteering, I have offered clients and colleagues solid organizational skills, collaborative teamwork, respectful communication, and a contagious enthusiasm for "making a difference".
